The Beenleigh Transport Orientated Development is located on the edge of Beenleigh Town centre, and is adjacent to the existing bus and train transit hub.

The three 30 storey towers include 6,672m2 of retail and commercial tenancies, 123,616m2 of private residential tenancies, (1,002 apartments) and 5,394m2 of hotel tenancy, (129 rooms), podium levels and vibrant pedestrian pathways.

The clients key goal was for this project to create a gateway for the development of Beenleigh and to create a destination that doesn’t compete with the existing retail infrastructure, rather to work with it to build the Beenleigh market.

McVeigh Consultants developed a close working relationship with the clients to ensure that Metcash Limited’s goals and vision were recognised and reached. A series of meetings were held with the engaged engineering consultants to ensure open communication for clarity of design on the project.

McVeigh Consultants provided innovation in the design of the project by investigating the cultural shift in the Asian market and working to provide maximum dexterity throughout the tower whilst maintaining visual and spatial connection for the residential units.
