This project involved the complete refurbishment of a tired office block opposite Suncorp Stadium. The result is a light-filled office space with external sunshading that now complements its surrounds.

Structural stability remedial works were carried out to rectify a subsistence problem before the refurbishment could begin. Existing concrete floors were lowered at the rear of the building to provide undercover car parking and loading areas. Two new stair cores were created to improve circulation within the building.

A complete face-lift of the external elevation provided muchneeded sun shading as well as improving the building’s image within its immediate surrounds.
