The office building development located on Cordelia Street in South Brisbane is an 18 storey commercial tower, with four basements comprising 198 carparks.

The design solution was to produce a unique building which reflects its setting in proximity to the CBD, Southbank, South Brisbane, West End and the Cultural Precinct at Kurilpa. The building was designed to deliver the clients requirements to be an architecturally modern building which responds to the site constraints, climate and requirements of a contemporary workplace.

We effectively created a development that encourages connections in and around the site and provides significant amenities for users of the building as well as the general public, while creating a sustainable building that is a vibrant addition to the emerging urbanisation of the South Brisbane Precinct. We successfully delivered a Five Star “Green Star” building that delivers long term benefits to the client, their tenants and the community.
