Gordon Kleynhans

BSc(CivilEng), RPEQ

Gordon is our Senior Associate Civil Engineer and has over 18 years experience in civil design and design management of infrastructure projects in the construction industry in Australia and South Africa. Gordon has led civil infrastructure design teams for education, health, commercial and industrial projects. His expertise extends to leadership, co-ordination, management, training and mentoring of a civil infrastructure design teams and specialises in bulk earthworks, roadworks, stormwater quality and quantity, water and sewer infrastructure, sediment and erosion control and project management.

Gordon’s client focus and use of problem solving and project management principles enables him to contribute effectively to civil and multi-disciplinary projects.

Matthew Irwin

BSc(CivilEng), RPEQ

Matt is our Senior Associate Structural Engineer and prior to joining the McVeigh team, Matt spent five years working in the Middle East on various landmark projects in the region, and also in the UK and India. Matt’s experience includes innovative buildings in the residential sector from 3-storey domestic dwellings to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (160 storey residential development with a 230m steel spire structure), Matt’s experience also extends to the commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Matt has the ability to design the most efficient structures using international best practice techniques.

Vince Williams

BEng(Hons), CPEng, RPEQ

Vince is our Associate Structural Engineer and is both a Registered (RPEQ) and a Chartered (CPEng) Structural Engineer. Vince has polished his technical abilities on the international stage with experience both in Australia and the UK, his practical approach to problem solving ensures the client is at the forefront of his decision making at all times. Vince’s project design experience ranges from a $2M shed in the outskirts of Brisbane to a $500M commercial development in the centre of London.
